Joanne Young, Partner
With over three decades of legal experience in aviation, federal administrative law, litigation and commercial law, attorney Young will handle your legal issues with the federal government or private parties.
Attorney Young is a past president of the International Aviation Women's Association, and arranged the group's first annual conference in Asia. She is also the president and former vice-president of the International Aviation Club.
David Kirstein, Partner
Over the past 30 years, attorney Kirstein has represented domestic and foreign air carriers, airports and aviation suppliers and others in a wide range of federal regulatory, antitrust, litigation and commercial transactions.
He served as the general counsel of the Civil Aeronautics Board and as counsel for the Senate Aviation Subcommittee. Mr. Kirstein is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Virginia Law School, where he teaches aviation law.
